A first-generation Californian and the son of immigrant entrepreneurs, his work ethic and drive was cemented from a young age. Nico played Division 1 tennis at Cal State University Sacramento, where he studied Economics. Outside of real estate, Nico finds joy in traveling, hiking, fishing, the gym, meditation, sunset beach walks, tennis, golf, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
